Shipping/Forms/Rx

We supply first class mailing labels pre-paid for sending cases to Parklund Labs. The case usually arrives within two or three business days. We can also setup an UPS account for daily or routine pick-ups from your office to Parklund Labs, which will allow you to track the package to us. The package will usually arrive the next day.

Although all shipping expenses are pre-paid by Parklund Labs, there is a $17.75 shipping fee for all incoming shipments. Please understand this fee is assigned to the entire shipment regardless of the total quantity of patient cases included. The fee is the same whether you send one case or ten, as long as all the boxes are taped together to form a single package.

Cases are returned to our customer via UPS. This allows us to track packages using the UPS online system. If you would like to be notified when your package ships, please supply us with your email address and you will automatically be emailed when your cases ship. The email will contain a tracking number and a link to the UPS tracking web page (www.ups.com).
